Cookie Roberts, owner and lead designer for Super Models, Inc., first used the Zebra print accent chairs in one of her model homes in 2006. Everyone wanted to know how to obtain one or more of the Zebra chairs.
After selling a few of the Zebra chairs to the builder's community residents, she used the Zebra chairs in another model home to see if the public's reaction would be the same.
The demand was overwhelming. Super Models began using the slightly larger Tiger print accent chairs and the black and off white Brocade print accent chairs in other model homes. Next came the white Tiger print accent chairs and the Leopard print accent chairs. And, again, each was big hit.

1. General. Every attempt is made by Super Models, Inc. to ensure that the Purchaser receives our accent chairs undamaged. Chairs are shipped unassembled and each box is inspected before shipment to ensure that there is no damage to the chair, that all chair parts are free of defects, and that all parts are present. Super Models, Inc. wants each Purchaser to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
2. Shipping Policy.
A. Super Models, Inc. ships all of our accent chairs via UPS Ground from McDonough, GA.
B. Because of excessive UPS Ground shipping cost, chairs are not shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, unless the Purchaser expressly requests shipment to their residence or business in these states. Purchaser must be willing to pay UPS shipping costs and understands that shipping will take longer to these states.
C. Chairs will be shipped after payment has been cleared with PayPal or Purchaser's credit card. Chairs are shipped between 1 to 2 business days after payment has cleared. Tracking number for the UPS Ground shipment will be emailed to Purchaser.
D. In the unlikely event that the chair arrives damaged, the Purchaser must notify UPS and Super Models, Inc. that the chair was damaged in shipment. Super Models, Inc. will file a damage claim with UPS. DO NOT return the damaged chair because UPS will arrange with the Purchaser for pick up. The damaged chair will be returned to Super Models, Inc. After the chair is returned to Super Models, Inc., a new chair will be sent to the Purchaser. All claims will be settled between Super Models, Inc. and UPS.
3. Return Policy.
A. PURCHASER MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF ACCENT CHAIRS IN THIS WEBSITE ARE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. MONITORS DO NOT ALWAYS DISPLAY THE SAME COLORS, HUES, OR TONES OF PHOTOGRAPHS.
B. Purchaser must notify Super Models, Inc. before any returns are authorized. If Super Models, Inc. approved the return, the Purchaser is responsible for cost of return shipping. Chair(s) must be returned in the original box, unassembled, and in an undamaged condition. A full refund, less 15% restocking fee, will be paid to customer if chairs are returned undamaged.
C. Notification of returns must be made with Super Models, Inc. no later than 3 days after delivery.
